This is designated for individuals to process and explore their goals to achieve their next role, whether in their company or changing companies or industries, through a holistic approach we will discuss their needs, exercises that cover self-discovery, self-branding, etc., presentation and resume review, and pairing with industry experts and/or other needs through our network.

Employment Performance and Grievance Counseling

This is designed for individuals who may have concerns on performance management and/or possible grievances that they may be facing at their employer, lack of recognition at their company or in their field, and looking for a tailored plan to overcome workplace issues.

Advisory

This session is to review questions an individual has regarding current compensation with benchmarking, salary negotiation, severance agreement, policy interpretations, possible conflicts of interest within their company.

This is for individuals seeking anonymous support without any HR professional attached to a singular company or agenda with open dialogue and guidance.
